After installation

The difference we can prove

“Water from air” is the whole category’s claim. A permanent local technical presence behind the machine is what we can prove with a document, and it is what this page is about.

Contractual detail

What remains pending approval

Warranty duration, scope of coverage and the agreed response time are contractual figures set per site in the contract, and delivered in writing before installation.

That is why they are not stated here as general numbers: a figure that cannot be evidenced with a document is not published on this site.

An editorial rule we hold to

Every promise in any marketing material we produce has to be provable with a document. A promise without a document is removed — even when it is true.

What we commit to in writing

Five commitments, made before installation

Every item below is delivered in writing before installation begins. A promise without a document is removed from our material.

01

We hand over a working system

Trial operation and measurement of actual output at your site before handover — not a sealed box, and not figures that exist only on paper.

02

Warranty and service schedule in writing

Warranty duration, coverage and the visit schedule are documented in writing before installation, not agreed verbally afterwards.

03

A stated response time

The response time in the event of a fault is a clause in the contract, not a general promise. You report through the service number or the code on the unit’s nameplate.

04

Spare parts inside Qatar

Stock is held locally. No waiting on an overseas shipment to change a filter or an operating part.

05

Training for the site team

We train whoever runs the system day to day to read it, check it and report on it, so operation does not depend on our visit.

Service and warranty

Our responsibility does not end at installation

The machine runs for years, and what we actually commit to is keeping it running — not simply handing it over. These are the five stages that govern the relationship after signature.

  1. 01

    Installation

Pipework and electrical work carried out as set out in the site study, and the unit fixed in the agreed position.

  2. 02

    Commissioning and handover

Trial operation, measurement of actual output, and training for the site team on daily operation. We hand over a working system, not a sealed box.

  3. 03

    Scheduled maintenance

A visit schedule known in advance, filter changes inside the contract rather than outside it, and periodic water analysis reports.

  4. 04

    Local support

A technical team in Doha and spare parts held inside Qatar, with a stated response time written into the contract.

  5. 05

    Warranty

Warranty terms, duration and coverage are delivered in writing before installation. No verbal promises, and no promise without a document.

Every promise in any marketing material we produce has to be provable with a document. A promise without a document is removed.

Service questions

What facility managers ask us

Is the water drinkable straight away?

Yes. The water passes through filtration and treatment configured to the client’s requirements, with minerals added. Analysis reports are supplied with every system and repeated periodically within the service schedule.

How long does installation take?

Domestic units usually take a single working day once the site is prepared. For commercial and industrial systems the duration is set in the site study, according to the pipework and electrical work involved.

What happens if it develops a fault?

The units are connected to sensors linked back to us that monitor operating status and report a fault the moment it occurs, so we know about it before you tell us and act straight away. You can also report it through the service number or the QR code on the unit’s nameplate, and the team arrives within the response time agreed in the contract.

Next step

Read the warranty terms before you decide

The full warranty terms and service schedule are delivered with the quotation that follows the site study, so you read them before signature rather than after.
