1Scope of these terms

These terms govern your use of aquamist-qa.com, owned by Aqua Mist for Trading & Services W.L.L, commercial registration 240257, Doha, State of Qatar.

They concern the website alone. The supply, installation and maintenance of equipment are governed by separate contracts signed between the parties, and those contracts prevail in the event of any difference.

2The content is informational, not a binding offer

The information published — including specifications, capacities and service descriptions — is for information. An obligation arises only under a written quotation issued by us and signed by both parties.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer capable of acceptance.

3Figures and specifications

The technical specifications published are taken from the manufacturer’s official specification sheet and are measured at 32°C and 80% relative humidity, the conditions that prevail in Qatar for most months of the year. The “kWh per litre” value is calculated by us to make efficiency comparable across models; it is not a figure declared by the manufacturer.

The output expected at your site specifically is calculated in the site study and delivered in writing with the quotation. That is the binding figure, not what is read on this website.

Specifications may change without notice if the manufacturer changes them.

4Images published

They are based on the actual geometry of the equipment, but they are not photographs of any particular unit. Colours, details and accessories may differ from what is supplied. The specification sheet and the quotation govern the specification of the unit supplied.

These images are being replaced with real photography as installations proceed.

The images on this site are digitally generated and illustrative, and are not a precise contractual representation of the product supplied.

5Site study requests

Sending a site study request creates no obligation on either party. We may accept a request or decline it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide. Inaccurate information about the site or its consumption leads to an inaccurate recommendation.

6Warranty and maintenance

What this site says about warranty and maintenance is a general description of our method. Warranty duration, scope of coverage and response time are set in writing in the contract and quotation for each site, and those are what bind.

7Intellectual property

All elements of this website — text, design, logo, images and video — are owned by or licensed to Aqua Mist and are protected under the intellectual property regulations of the State of Qatar.

They may not be copied, republished or used commercially without our prior written permission. You may view and print the content for your own personal or internal use in evaluating our services.

The model and series names referred to on this site, including MEGHDOOT, are trademarks belonging to their respective owners. They are named here to identify the products we supply, and no claim of ownership is made.

9Availability of the site

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available and its information correct, but we do not warrant that it will operate uninterrupted or free of error. We may modify its content, or suspend it in whole or in part, at any time without notice.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.

This clause does not limit any liability that Qatari law does not permit to be excluded, nor our contractual obligations arising under supply, installation and maintenance contracts.

13Governing law
