How it works

The air around you already holds your water

In Qatar’s climate every cubic metre of air carries water vapour. Four stages separate that vapour from drinking water that meets specification — with no well and no tanker.

  1. 01

    Air is drawn in

Industrial fans pull ambient air through pre-filters that hold back dust and particulates before it enters the cycle.

    Pre-filter
  2. 02

    It is cooled, and condenses

The air passes over a heat exchanger that takes it below the dew point, and the water vapour it carries turns to droplets that are collected.

    Below the dew point
  3. 03

    It is filtered and treated

The water passes through multi-stage filtration and treatment configured to the client’s requirements, then essential minerals are added back.

  4. 04

    Water, ready to use

It is held in a sanitised tank and pumped into the building network or straight to the draw-off point, and the unit stops itself when the tank is full.

    Automatic stop when full

Published figures are measured at 32°C and 80% relative humidity — the conditions that prevail in Qatar for most months of the year. The output expected at your site specifically is calculated in the site study and delivered to you in writing.

Who this is for

Three environments, one requirement

Every site has a different capacity and a different buying decision. Choose yours to see what applies to it.

Why Aqua Mist

The real comparison is not between suppliers, but between a habit and a source

Most facilities are not comparing us with another brand — they are comparing carrying on as they always have with owning a source.

The difference we defend: “water from air” is the whole category’s claim. A permanent local technical presence behind the machine is the difference we can prove.

Service and warranty

Our responsibility does not end at installation

The machine runs for years, and what we actually commit to is keeping it running — not simply handing it over. These are the five stages that govern the relationship after signature.

  1. 01

    Installation

Pipework and electrical work carried out as set out in the site study, and the unit fixed in the agreed position.

  2. 02

    Commissioning and handover

Trial operation, measurement of actual output, and training for the site team on daily operation. We hand over a working system, not a sealed box.

  3. 03

    Scheduled maintenance

A visit schedule known in advance, filter changes inside the contract rather than outside it, and periodic water analysis reports.

  4. 04

    Local support

A technical team in Doha and spare parts held inside Qatar, with a stated response time written into the contract.

  5. 05

    Warranty

Warranty terms, duration and coverage are delivered in writing before installation. No verbal promises, and no promise without a document.

Every promise in any marketing material we produce has to be provable with a document. A promise without a document is removed.

Frequently asked

What clients ask us

Do the units work in Qatar’s climate?

The machine performs excellently throughout the entire year. Relative humidity in Qatar is high for most months of the year, and that is the condition this technology is suited to.

How much electricity does it use?

It varies by capacity and model, between 0.24 and 0.44 kilowatt-hours per litre. Consumption is calculated precisely in the site study and set against your current tanker and bottle costs to arrive at a real cost per litre.

Is the water drinkable straight away?

Yes. The water passes through filtration and treatment configured to the client’s requirements, with minerals added. Analysis reports are supplied with every system and repeated periodically within the service schedule.

How long does installation take?

Domestic units usually take a single working day once the site is prepared. For commercial and industrial systems the duration is set in the site study, according to the pipework and electrical work involved.

How loud is it?

Comparable to an outdoor air-conditioning unit. The site study selects a position that keeps the sound away from living areas.

What happens if it develops a fault?

The units are connected to sensors linked back to us that monitor operating status and report a fault the moment it occurs, so we know about it before you tell us and act straight away. You can also report it through the service number or the QR code on the unit’s nameplate, and the team arrives within the response time agreed in the contract.

Next step

Start with a study of your site

A technical visit that establishes the right capacity, the installation position and the expected consumption, and ends with a detailed quotation and a clear cost per litre.

  • A site visit and an actual measurement of consumption
  • A recommendation of the series and capacity suited to your site
  • A detailed quotation covering installation and warranty
  • A comparison against your current tanker and bottle costs

You will hear back within one working day. Your details are used for this request only.
